Do you charge anything for the survey or quotation?
No. The pre-move survey (on-site or video call) and written quotation are completely free with no obligation.
Are packing materials included in the price?
Yes. Cartons, bubble wrap, foam, stretch film and tape are included in our quotation unless you ask for a labour-only or vehicle-only service.
How do I pay?
You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer or cash. A small booking amount confirms your date; the balance is paid after delivery.
What if something gets damaged?
Our packing minimises risk, and optional transit insurance is available. If any issue arises, tell us immediately at delivery and we will resolve it as per the agreed terms.
How early should I book?
For local moves, 2–3 days ahead is usually enough. For month-end dates, weekends and intercity moves, book 5–7 days in advance.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and most modular furniture are dismantled and reassembled by our team as part of the move.
How long does a local home shifting in Noida take?
A 1 BHK within Noida is usually done in 4–6 hours; a 2–3 BHK takes most of the day including packing, transport and unloading. We start early in the morning so you can sleep in your new home the same night.
Can you move our office on a Sunday or overnight?
Yes. Most of our corporate moves happen on weekends or after office hours so your business keeps running.
What are local shifting charges in Noida?
Local shifting within Noida typically starts around ₹2,500 for a single room and ₹3,500–₹6,000 for a 1 BHK, depending on goods, floor, lift availability and packing needed. See our charges page for a detailed table.
How long does car transport from Noida to Bangalore take?
Usually 6–9 days depending on carrier schedule and route. Metro routes like Mumbai and Pune are quicker.
What documents are needed for bike transport?
RC copy, insurance copy and an ID proof of the owner. Keep originals with you.
Can I hire you only for packing?
Yes. Packing-only and unpacking-only services are available in Noida and Greater Noida.
Do you provide labour only, without a vehicle?
Yes. You can book loaders and unloaders alone in Noida and Greater Noida.
What is the minimum storage period?
Storage is available from a few weeks onwards. Call us to discuss your requirement and rates.
Dedicated truck or shared load — which should I choose?
Dedicated vehicles are faster and only carry your goods; shared loads cost less and suit 1 RK–1 BHK moves or flexible timelines.
Which vehicle do I need for a 2 BHK?
A 14 ft truck usually fits a 2 BHK. If you have a lot of furniture, a 17 ft is safer. We confirm after a quick video call.
