Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services booked with Khan Brothers Movers and Packers.

Quotations

Quotes are based on the survey and the goods listed. Additional goods, changes in address, floor or date may change the price, and will be informed before work proceeds.

Booking and payment

A booking amount confirms the date. The balance is payable as agreed in the quotation, usually on delivery.

Customer responsibilities

Please keep cash, jewellery, documents and valuables with you. Inform us of fragile, high-value or special items during survey. Arrange society permissions, lift and parking where required.

Insurance and liability

Transit insurance is optional and recommended for high-value goods. Any damage or shortage must be reported at the time of delivery.

Cancellation

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
